His career exemplifies strategic leadership, technological innovation, and practical application of cutting-edge solutions.

Frank began his journey as a United States Navy Airman specializing in avionics engineering aboard the USS Kitty Hawk Aircraft Carrier. Dedicated to supporting veterans, he actively creates opportunities for them in the drone industry, ensuring his work has a lasting impact.

As founder and CEO of ConnexiCore™, Frank built a nationwide leader in commercial drone services. His vision established a prominent UAS brand, culminating in ConnexiCore’s acquisition by Volatus Aerospace Corp in 2021.

Frank’s influence extends across the UAS industry. As Co-Chair of the CompTIA Drone Advisory Council, he co-developed the influential “Drone Standards and Best Practices” guide. On the Pennsylvania Drone Association Advisory Council, he advocated for UAS adoption and testified before state legislators on its economic benefits.
